Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Cash Refund

No cash refund of any kind shall be entertained by Rudraksha Life. We follow a No Return Policy.

2. Astrological Consultancy Services

All astrological consultancy services provided by the company are optional and available solely at the discretion of the user.

3. Availability of Astrologers

The company is not obligated to provide astrological services. Service availability depends entirely on the availability of astrologers.

4. No Liability for Effects

The company is not responsible for any positive or negative effects of Rudraksha Life products or other remedies.

5. Easy Exchange Policy (Only for Select Stones)

Easy exchange is applicable only for select Rudraksha Life gemstones such as:

  • Sapphire

  • Emerald

  • Ruby

  • Hessonite
    (Not applicable for Rudraksha, Opal, Coral, Pearl, Turquoise, Bracelets, Mala)

To avail the exchange:

  • The customer must present the original bill, original certificate, and the original product at our Karol Bagh office.

  • Exchange will only be processed after proper verification/authentication.

  • Damaged, broken, altered, or unverified products will not be accepted.

  • If approved, the company may allow exchange after deducting minimum 20% of the product value.

  • Exchange must be requested within 1 month from the purchase date.

  • This policy is strictly limited to select loose gemstones only.

6. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products will never be exchanged or returned:

  • Diamond

  • Gold

  • Jewellery

  • Rudraksha

  • Opal

  • Coral

  • Pearl

  • Turquoise

  • Bracelets

  • Mala

  • Trees

  • Vastu/Reiki/Healing products

7. Exchange of Loose Rudraksha

Exchange of loose Rudraksha is:

  • Not guaranteed

  • Subject to company’s sole discretion

  • Allowed only after complete verification

  • Not applicable if the product is altered, repaired, removed from its original setting, or cracked.

8. Dispute on Genuineness

If there is any dispute regarding a gemstone’s authenticity, the company will get it tested from a Government-Approved Laboratory (IGI, IGI-GTL).

  • The lab’s report will be final and binding.

  • Customers cannot request testing from any other lab.

9. Non-Refundable Charges in Exchange Cases

The following charges are non-refundable during exchange:

  • Taxes

  • Labour charges

  • Wastage

  • Bank charges

  • Credit card fees

  • Appraisal fees

  • Shipping & insurance

10. Mandatory Original Invoice & Certificate

Exchange will not be entertained if:

  • The original invoice is missing

  • The original certificate is missing

These documents are legally required due to the precious nature of the products.
No further communication will be entertained if these documents are not available.

11. No Warranty / Guarantee

The company and its affiliates do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy

  • Timeliness

  • Performance

  • Completeness

  • Suitability of any information, materials, or gemstones

Customers acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies. The company excludes liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Customer Responsibility

Use of any product, information, or service is entirely at the customer’s discretion.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product meets their specific needs.

13. No Complaints Beyond Procedure

No complaint will be entertained if it violates or bypasses the process outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

14. Final Decision

In case of any dispute, the decision of the company shall be final.

15. Non-Collection of Delivery

If the customer does not take delivery within 10 days of purchase, the company will forfeit the advance amount paid.

16. Legal Jurisdiction & Arbitration

  • All disputes fall under Delhi Court jurisdiction only.

  • Any dispute arising from purchase will be resolved through Arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • The arbitrator will be appointed by the company.

  • The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on the customer.
