Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – Rudraksha Life
At Rudraksha Life, we maintain strict policies to ensure product purity, authenticity, and compliance with spiritual and legal guidelines. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund
Rudraksha Life does not offer any cash or monetary refund under any circumstances.
All purchases are final.
2. No Return
Due to the sacred, personal, and energy-sensitive nature of Rudraksha and spiritual products, returns are not accepted in any case. Once the product is sold, it cannot be returned.
3. No Exchange
There is no exchange available for Rudraksha beads, malas, bracelets, pendants, accessories, or any spiritual/healing product.
No exchange will be provided for:
- Size issues
- Design change
- Personal preference
- Product effects
- Damage caused by customer
- Any other reason
All purchases are non-exchangeable.
4. Astrological Consultancy Services
Astrological consultancy services are:
- Optional
- Provided only when an astrologer is available
- Not guaranteed or obligatory for the company
5. Availability of Astrologers
Rudraksha Life is not obligated to provide astrological services. Service availability depends solely on astrologer availability.
6. No Liability for Product Effects
Rudraksha Life is not responsible for any positive or negative effects of Rudraksha, or other spiritual remedies. Customers use these products at their own discretion and belief.
7. Product Verification & Authenticity
All products are sold with full authenticity. If any dispute regarding genuineness arises, the product will be tested by a Government-Approved, Accredited Laboratory chosen by Rudraksha Life. The laboratory’s report shall be final and binding.
8. Order Delivery & Non-Collection
If the customer fails to collect or receive the product within 10 days, the advance amount will be forfeited with no refund or adjustment.
9. Final Decision
All decisions taken by Rudraksha Life regarding product, delivery, or policy matters shall be final and binding.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the Courts of Delhi (India) only. Any dispute will be resolved through Arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 by an arbitrator appointed by the company.
