1. Shipment Processing Time (Within India)

  • We offer Free Shipping across India.

  • If courier service is unavailable in your area, we will be unable to deliver your order.

  • Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Government Holidays.

  • In case of delays due to COVID-19 or any unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via email or phone.

  • If delivery becomes impossible due to any unexpected event, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery address.

  • Same-day delivery is available only for Delhi-NCR orders.

  • Net rates are not legally binding and are calculated based on transportation charges only. They do not include surcharges, taxes, duties, or special handling fees.

  • Actual rates may vary due to changes in shipping patterns or currency fluctuations.

3. International Orders

  • International deliveries take 8–23 working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to clearance by local authorities.

  • If we are unable to process or ship your order, a refund will be made to your original payment method.

Important Notes for International Orders

  • Customers must bear all shipping, handling, duties, and taxes applicable in the destination country.

  • These charges must be paid directly to the logistic partner upon delivery.

  • A Passport or valid legal ID is required to receive international deliveries.

  • If providing an office address, ensure correct department details, employee name, and contact numbers.

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage if the provided address is incomplete or incorrect.

4. Custom Clearance

All Rudraksha shipments exported from India are cleared by the Indian Customs Office.
Inspection, examination, and assessment will be conducted solely by authorized customs officers.
Your cooperation is appreciated for smooth clearance.
