purchased jewelry from this store, including a Neelam Ratnam ring worth ₹35,000 and an Opal worth ₹8,000. Unfortunately, both items had cracks — the ring developed a crack during making, and the Opal cracked even though it was safely kept and never worn.

When I reported this to the store, instead of providing a fair resolution, they simply cleaned/polished the items and put the blame on me. They insisted the damage was my fault, even though I had not even worn the jewelry.

This clearly shows poor product quality and no accountability. Their only focus seems to be collecting money, not delivering genuine service. Spending over ₹43,000 and receiving defective items is extremely disappointing.
