Shipping Policy – Thank you for shopping at Rudraksha Life.. Following are the terms & conditions that constitutes our shipping policy.
Our Shipment Processing Time in India- We provide Free Shipping in India. If there is no courier service available in your area then we are unable to deliver your order. An order takes 2-5 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver your order within India. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Govt. Holidays. If there is a significant delay due to covid-19 in shipment of your order, we’ll notify you through mail or call, if delivery of your order is not possible due to unlikely eventthen your order will be cancelled and you will be notified of the same. In such cases refund is made directly to the customer’s bank account via the same mode through which the payment was made.
Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates- Shipping charges would be calculated and informed as per the address of delivery is provided by you.
Same day delivery facility is available only for the Delhi-NCR orders.
Net rates are not legally binding. Net rates will be calculated based on applicable transportation and do not includesurcharges, ancillary / other charges, duties and taxes, or special handling fees.
And actual net rates may vary due to changes in Customer’s shipping patterns. If ratesheet currency differs from account billing currency, then net rates will not match billingstatement. This rate mismatch will increase or decrease with exchange rates fluctuations.
International Order- All International orders will be delivered within 8- 23 working days from the date of order confirmation provided delivery is not delayed by any country’s governmental authority. If we are unable to fail to place your order in such cases, refund is made directly to the customer’s bank account via the same mode through which the payment was made.
NoteIn case of International order, customer will bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty & taxes as applicable at the destination. And needs to pay these charges to our logistic partner at the time of delivery.
Customers need to produce Passport or any other legal document for receiving the delivery.
If office address is provided for delivery then make sure department detail, employee detail and landline / Mobile numbers are correctly provided.
If the address provided by you is found incomplete or wrong address, then we won’t be liable for any loss and damage to your order.

Custom Clearance – All shipments of gems exported from India will be cleared by the Indian Custom office. All inspection, examination and assessment of your order will be done by only authorized Indian custom officers. Hence, your valuable support is required during this whole process of clearance.
